OEM High Strength Cement Bucket Elevators For Powdery Materials , with the big conveying amount and high hoisting height, is a new type of lifting equipment designed to meet the market requirements of large conveying capacity, large lifting height and compact structure. It is applied to lift materials from the bottom to the top. It is applied to conveying powdery and granular materials and small pieces of smooth and abrasive materials. Driven by the steel core belt, the bucket elevator can convey the materials with high temperature, which can’t exceed 120℃.

Main Features
1. Large conveying capacity and high lifting height.
2. Using EP conveyor belt or steel cord belt as traction parts, it has good toughness and high strength.
3. The bucket type is reasonable and the capacity is large.
4. Head, tail and middle chassis are all sealed. Material and dust are not lifted out, which will not cause environmental pollution.
5. Hard gear reducer with backstop device makes the transmission device compact and stable and reliable.
6. A speed controller and an anti-bias alarm device are added in the lower and middle parts of the machine. Users can select and match them according to their needs so as to transmit the control signal to the computer of the central control room so as to monitor the operation of the hoist.
Main Application
GTD type belt bucket elevator is used in building material industry, metallurgy, chemical, mining and other industries, it can vertically lift powder, graininess and blocky materials less than 30 mm ,and the temperature of materials is up to 120℃.
