OEM Custom Enclosed Chain Scraper Conveyor For Sawdust is a special form of buried scraper conveyor. It is suitable for the horizontal or inclined (α≤30°) direction of easy-flowing powdery and small block materials. It is widely used for conveying cement, grain, coal, metallurgy, chemical and other industries. The machine has compact structure, good sealing performance, flexible process layout, multi-point feeding and multi-point discharging. The machine adopts the plate roller chain as the traction member, the friction between the traction chain and the guide rail is rolling friction, which greatly reduces the running resistance of the scraper chain, the power consumption is small, the life of the scraper chain is long, and the long distance transportation can be realized (Lmax =80m), the delivery volume is large (Qmax=700m3/h).
