High Efficiency Apron Feeder Machine Chain Plate Feeder For Mine which is driven by cycle running chain, can transport all kinds of bulk materials along horizontal or inclined (inclination angle is less than 25 °) direction. Compared with other continuous conveying machinery, apron feeder can transport material with bigger bulk density & size, and material with sharp edges with strong abrasion, especially suitable for conveying high temperature( 600~700 ℃ ) material. Therefore, apron feeder is wildly used in mining, building materials, metallurgy, coal, chemical and other industries for transporting sharp, burning, corrosive material.

Working Principle
The plate feeder drives the power of the motor through the coupling and the reducer to drive the sprocket shaft to rotate, and the sprocket teeth are engaged with the chain pin shaft, and the chain plate is dragged for continuous linear motion. The chain plate is installed on the frame Support roller and sprocket are supported, and the chain is properly engaged with the sprocket by adjusting the tensioning device to complete the purpose of conveying and feeding. During the operation the motor drive the reducer through the coupling, and through the eccentric dish and the leaking plate, which is at the bottom of the frame also between the idlers, to move in reciprocating linear way, and achieve the feed uniformly.
