Eco-friendly FU Type Enclosed Chain Plate Scraper Conveyor is a bulk material conveying equipment, which is consists of head section with driving device, connect section, tail section, tension device, as well as scraper and chains. By moving the chain, the material in the closed rectangular box can be continuously transported horizontally or slightly tilted.The machine has compact structure, good sealing performance, flexible process layout, multi-point feeding and multi-point discharging. The machine adopts the plate roller chain as the traction member, the friction between the traction chain and the guide rail is rolling friction, which greatly reduces the running resistance of the scraper chain.
Working Principle
When the type FU scraper conveyor is transported horizontally, the pressure on the scraper conveyor comes from the chain of the material in the transportation direction, and the effect of the material itself causes internal friction. This friction ensures the stability between the material layers, overcomes the external friction resistance caused by the movement of material in the tank, and enables the material to be transported as a whole fluid.

1. Totally enclosed structure, light weight, small volume.
2. Convenient installation and maintenance.
3. Horizontal or slightly inclined transport from 0℃ to 30℃.
4. Multiple material feeding point and discharging point.
5. Conveying distance IS up to 80m, and the material temperature can be lower than 120℃.
