Product Description
Screw conveyor is widely used in various kinds of materials , such as grain seed ,coal, cement, agriculture, metallurgy, chemical, food and so on, in order to meet different demands in different industries, our factory produces various kinds of screw conveyor for option, like Vertical bucket elevator,U-shape trough screw conveyor, tubular screw conveyor, hopper screw conveyor, shaftless screw conveyor etc. The screw conveyors can work with other machines to make a system, for example, under a silo connects with bucket elevator, transport material to silo or storagebin, etc. Shaftless Screw Conveyor has broader application than LS type and GX type screw conveyor with shaft. It is mainly composed of shaftless screw convey or drive device, head assembly, housing, shaft-less screw body, groove body lining plate, feed port, outlet port, machine cover (if needed), base and so on. This equipment has no central axis, so it is suitable for continuous conveying of materials with thick, easy winding, easy caking and poor fluidity. The maximum size of conveying material is 100mm and the maximum inclination angle is 45 degrees.
