Principle
When the screw shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the frictional force generated with the wall of the tank, the material can only move forward along the groove bottom of the conveyor under the push of the blade. The rotating screw moves in the same translational motion. The movement of material in the intermediate bearing depends on the thrust of the material moving forward. Therefore, the transportation of materials in the conveyor is a sliding motion. In order to make the screw shaft in a more favorable tension state, the drive device and the discharge port are generally placed at the same end of the conveyor, and the feed port is placed as close as possible to the tail of the other end. The rotating screw blade pushes the material forward and transports it, so that the force that the material does not rotate with the screw conveyor blade is the weight of the material itself and the friction resistance of the screw conveyor casing against the material.
Advantages
1. Shaftless Screw Conveyor adopts continuous spiral blade with smooth surface which made of high strength wear-resistant steel. It ensures the uniformity and stability of conveying material, so as to ensure the repeatability of the material measurement.
2. The continuous spiral blade is hardened by cold rolling, the hardness and wear resistance of it are twice of the ordinary blade, and the hardness of the outer edge is up to HB240.
3. Front and rear screw blade adopt sparse and close screw pitch,which can prevent plugging effectively.Meanwhile,the high precision making blase can ensure the material fully filled with pipe casing.
4.The fixed distance screw shaft adopts the intermediate suspension bearing, which makes the break distance between front and rear blades smaller, maximizes the material flow section, and makes the material flow unobstructed.
