Working principles
The heavy apron conveyor /plate feeder drives the driving sprocket to rotate through the motor, so as to drive the chain to move, and finally achieves the purpose of transporting materials through the loading of the chain plate. The chain plate is supported by the supporting wheel and supporting wheel installed on the frame, and the chain and sprocket are correctly meshed by adjusting the tension device. The thickness can be determined according to the site requirements. The thickness of the chain plate increases when the conveying and feeding amount is large.

 
 
Features
 
The traction chain is made of long pitch plate pin shaft roller chain, and the parts of chain and made of alloy steel.
