The LS screw conveyor is easy to install and maintain by using sliding bearing, dust proof seal and sliding block.This product has the advantages of high reliability, long service life and strong adaptability.And Long Distance Screw Auger Conveyor Feeder is designed based on LS type screw conveyor with high power, which is much more suitable for long distance conveying bulk materials in low cost.
Applicaiton of Shaftless Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor is not suitable to transport easy to perishable,easy to agglomerate,viscous material.Screw conveyor working environment temperature is generally -20-40℃ the temperature of the transported material is generally 20-80℃,LS type screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal and low-angle arrangement,the inclination of not more than 15 degrees is appropriate,if the angle is too large,should select the GX type screw conveyor.
