HOMG Series High Pressure Homogenizer

The series high pressure homogenizers are our traditional produces. Classified according to pressure, there are 25Mpa, 30Mpa, 40Mpa, 60Mpa and 70Mpa five series. The flow rate varies from 100liters/hour to 5 tons/hour. The series products have been made important improvement on the basis of existing structure at home and abroad, which makes the total performance be more excellent and specific requirements of domestic users are further satisfied.

Structural features:

1. The transmission box part adopts forced lubricating system, which transports lubrication to every place where lubricating is required through pressure oil pump so as to provide reliable operation guarantee foe the equipment: (equipment below 11KW does not include the system).

2. The forced cooling system can maintain the lubrication at the best status, which is the reliable guarantee for long time and high strength operation of the equipment: (equipment below 11KW does not include the system).

3. The soft and hard integrated plunger sealing structure.

4. Large range pressure gauge is adopted, with super long service life.

High rigidity pressure adjusting device is adopted, which is easy and flexible to load and unload.
