QZD AUTOMATIC HIGH PRESSURE HOMOGENIZER

QZD series automatic high pressure homogenizer has “Five automatic points” , which means “Auto start and pressure adding” , “auto stop and pressure discharging” when the product get into the flow line producing “and stop” when has no cooling water supply.

Structural characteristics:

1. Remote control: this homogenizer has a control panel, which is used for accept the signal of other processing parts ahead to control the moving of the homogenizer and pressure changing.
2. With cooling water protect setting, when the cooling water pipe suddenly appear no water supply, the homogenizer will stop automatically.
3. Pre-set the First stage and second stage, and the homogenizer will auto rise to the stetted pressure.
4. There is an emergency stop button on the control panel. When appear some emergency things, the workers can press the button to stop the homogenizer immediately.
5. Completely avoid the incorrect operation of the workers.
