Usage and features

The milk warehouse is a stainless steel vessel used for storing fresh milk outdoors at low temperature. The functions of the heat insulating heat preservation layer (or cooling jacket) used between the inner wall and shell and the high-speed propelling blender in the tank make the fresh milk entering the warehouse be stored for 24 hours at low temperature (≤5 ℃). The temperature rise is less than 2℃and the fat does not go up. It is widely used for storing fresh milk outdoors in dairy plants.

Structural features

The equipment has a cylinder appearance. The parts in the internal cavity that contact materials are all made of a SUS304-2B sheet. The external sheet can adopt SUS304-2B sheet with welded seam passivation treatment or coating corrugated sheet according to users' requirements. The warehouse is provided with ladders at its sides and stainless steel fence (corridor), respiration valve and rotary spray head at its top. Its bottom is provided with a working chamber, which is allocated inside with oval manhole, high-speed propelling blender, inlet and outlet, thermometer, pressure speed adjuster, sampling valve and cleaner. The heat preservation materials are filled between the inner and outer walls of the warehouse (rock cotton or PU foam can be filled according to users' requirements)
