Semi-Auto CIP system

The CIP cleaning system is composed of alkali tanks, acid tanks, hot water tanks, clear water tanks, back water tanks, disinfecting water tanks, concentrated acid tanks, concentrated alkali tanks, heat exchangers, CIP processing pumps, as well as relevant pipes, valves and electric control system. These tanks can be allocated according to technological requirements of customers. Generally, the cleaning requirements can be met with only three tanks (alkali tanks, acid tanks and hot water tanks).

The CIP cleaning system produced by our company is featured by safety, high efficiency, energy saving, easy operation, simple maintenance, high automatic degree of key control points an etc.

Note:

1. The main model of acid tank and alkali tank is 1000L, 1500L, 2000L, 2500L, 3000L, 4000L, 5000L and 6000L;

2. The main model of concentrated acid tank and alkali tank is 300L, 500L, 1000L, 2000L and 3000L;

3. Every system matches one to three cleaning return routes;

4. The number of return pumps is depending on the number of machines to be cleaned and the layout​

The CIP systems produced by our company can mainly be classified into:

1. Manual CIP cleaning central station (cleaning period, cleaning temperature, acid and alkali concentration, and valve switch are all manually controlled).

2. Semi-automatic CIP cleaning central station (cleaning period, acid and alkali concentration and valve switch are manually controlled, but as for the cleaning temperature, the temperature of cleaning liquid can be controlled through automatic adjustment of steam flow).

3. Full-automatic CIP cleaning central station (cleaning period, cleaning temperature, acid and alkali concentration, and valve switch are all automatically controlled).​

According to tank forms, they can divided into the follows:

1. Integral CIP cleaning central station (under 1 ton.)

2. Split CIP cleaning central station (above 1 ton up to 20 tons).

There are four heating modes for the above CIP cleaning stations: plate type heater, tubular heater, coil type heater and steam straight-through heating. One loop till eight loops or more can be designed according to technological requirements of customers.
