High Strength Offshore Oil And Gas Pipeline Reinforcement Wire Mesh
Oil and gas pipeline reinforcement wire mesh is manufactured by welding a series of parallel longitudinal wires to transverse wires to form rectangular openings. The longitudinal wires may be crimped or not crimped. Typical wire diameters from 1.8mm to 3.0mm are used in this application depending upon the thickness of the concrete coating and the diameter of the pipe. The longitudinal wires are corrugated specially during the process of mesh production to accelerate the holding capacity of the concrete during the coating process.
