The Pipe Coating Welded Mesh, also known as Concrete Weight Coating Mesh (CWC Mesh), is an essential component used in subsea gas and oil pipeline projects. Manufactured from high-quality low carbon steel wire with galvanized coating surface, this mesh is available in electric (cold) galvanized or hot-dipped galvanized wire options, both meeting ASTM standards.
The line wires are deeply crimped and welded to form a wave structure, typically designed with 6, 8, or 10 line wires. This design facilitates concrete coating and submersion in water or earth, providing excellent corrosion and rust resistance to protect concrete-weight coated pipelines during installation and after placement.
