100 Mesh Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh High Temperature Resistant with Custom Width for Industrial Screening

A practical, hard-working medium for everyday screening and separation. The 100 mesh woven stainless steel wire mesh pairs a 150 micron aperture with 0.100 mm wire to give a strong, open weave that copes with high volume screening and elevated temperatures.

With a 150 micron opening and 0.100 mm wire, this mesh balances open area and mechanical strength. It separates particles efficiently while maintaining sufficient tensile strength to withstand continuous screening and vibration.

Made from AISI 304 and 316L stainless steel and annealed for stability, the mesh maintains its shape and resists oxidation under high temperature working conditions up to 600°C. Service life remains long even in demanding industrial environments.

To accommodate different screen frames and equipment, the mesh is supplied in custom widths from 0.3 m to 1.5 m with a standard 30 m roll length. Offcuts are minimized to keep material costs low.
