A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

But we need to charge the sample cost which would be deducted from your future order.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 2-3 days, mass production time needs 20-35days for order quantity more than one container.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit ?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.Sea shipping for orders, what time can be arrive your port depends on which country you are receive the goods.

Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: 1. let us know your requirements or application.
     2. We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
     3. we make a aggreement on prices and PI would be follow for your confirmation within 2 days.
     4. we start the production after your comfirmation and arrange 30% deposit.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on sink?
A: Yes.laser logo is acceptable for you.

Q7. How to deal with the faulty?
A: 1. Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
   2. during the guarantee period, please send us pictures about the problem, our after sales department would provide you a resonable solution.

Q8. Where is your factory loacted? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is loacted in JIANGMEN. Guangdong province.China. It's about 40 mins by high speed rail from Guangzhou to Jiangmen station and about 1.5 hours by car from Guangzhou to Jiangmen.
