Inconel Nickel Alloy Monel 400 K500 hastelloy Plate/Sheet
Hastelloy Plate/Sheet also known as Inconel HX plate/sheet, is a plate/sheet composed of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), and molybdenum (Mo) alloys. Hastelloy X plate/sheet is frequently used in furnaces, chemical process components, aircraft, gas turbine combustion sections and honeycomb components due to its excellent high temperature resistance and excellent oxidation resistance. Hastelloy X is a nickel-based alloy with high strength and good oxidation resistance up to 1204°C. Hastelloy X plate/sheet exhibits excellent capabilities in forming or welding. Hastelloy X coils have very good oxidation resistance up to 1175°C. These Hastelloy X clad plates are mainly used for those applications including heat treating. Hastelloy X flat sheet, cold rolled plate, foil and rolled plate can be cold formed by standard methods

Variety specification and supply status of Hastelloy N:
1. Variety classification: can supply various specifications of seamless pipe, welded pipe, plate, bar, forging, ring, wire and supporting welding materials.
2. Delivery status: seamless pipe: solid solution + acid white, length can be fixed; plate: solid solution, acid pickling, edge cutting; welded pipe: solid solution acid white + RT% flaw detection, forging: annealing + turning; bar is in forging and rolling status, surface polishing or turning; strip is delivered in cold rolling, solution soft status, and oxide skin removal; wire is delivered in solution acid wash plate or straight strip, solution straight strip and fine polishing status.
