High Density 97% Tungsten Heavy Alloy Pipe WNiFe
Good Quality High Density Tungsten Heavy Alloy Pipe WNiFe
Tungsten Heavy Alloy Pipe has high density, high strength, high hardness (affectionately referred to as 3 H alloy) and good ductility, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, etc., and has played an important role in weapon manufacturing, and then in national defense It has been widely used in industry, aerospace and civil industries (such as electrical industry, drilling industry, etc.), and high specific gravity tungsten alloy material has become a dual-use alloy material that has attracted much attention.

Tungsten Heavy Alloy Pipe Picture:
Introduction and characteristics of Tungsten Heavy Alloy Pipe
Tungsten heavy alloy pipe with high specific gravity are mainly divided into two series: W-Ni-Fe and W-Ni-Cu and even W-Ni-Fe-Cu. In comparison, W-Ni-Fe alloys have better mechanical properties. The defense industry and various fields of the national economy play a huge role. It is a very important new military material for the defense industry, and it is gradually being promoted to various civilian industries.
The tungsten content in tungsten heavy alloys varies from 90% to 98%, which is the reason for its high density (16.5 to 19.00g/cc). Nickel, iron, and/or copper are used as a metal binder matrix to hold the brittle tungsten particles together, making the tungsten alloy ductile and easy to process. Nickel-iron is the most commonly used additive, and its ratio is 7Ni:3Fe or 8Ni:2Fe (weight ratio).
Application of Tungsten Heavy Alloy Pipe
- Tungsten alloys with high specific gravity are used to make toolholders, especially boring bars.
- Forest Moon supplies high specific gravity tungsten alloy as the counterweight material for the high crankshaft of the small engine of the chain saw.
- The electrodes of EDM and electrochemical machine tools are also made of high specific gravity tungsten gold.
