Product Description
High Density WNiFe Tungsten Alloy Hunting Shot
Tungsten Alloy Hunting Shot has high density, high strength, high hardness (referred to as 3H alloy), good ductility, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and other comprehensive properties, which play an important role in weapon manufacturing. Therefore, it is widely used in national defense industry, aerospace and civil industry (such as electrical industry, drilling industry, etc.), and high proportion tungsten alloy materials have become military and civil alloy materials.

Tungsten Alloy Hunting Shot Picture:
What is the Heavy Tungsten Alloy Hunting Shot?
- Tungsten alloy has a series of excellent properties, significant specific gravity: general specific gravity 16.5-18.75g/cm3, high strength: tensile strength 700-1000mpa, strong light absorption capacity: 30-40% higher than lead, large thermal conductivity: 5 times of die steel; Low thermal expansion coefficient: only 1/2-1/3 of steel, good electrical conductivity; Good welding and machining.
- Tungsten heavy alloys contain 90% to 98% tungsten, which is responsible for their high density (16.5 to 19.00 g/cc). Nickel, iron and/or copper are used as metal binder substrates to hold fragile tungsten particles together to make tungsten alloys strong and easy to use. Ferric nickel-nickel is the most commonly used additive with a ratio of 7Ni:3Fe or 8Ni:2Fe (by weight).
Application of Tungsten Alloy Hunting Shot
- In view of the above excellent properties of high specific gravity alloy, widely used in aerospace, military, oil drilling, electrical instruments, medicine and other industries.
- Applications in aerospace, missile and aerospace industries
- Application in conventional weapons
- Applications in machinery manufacturing and instrumentation industry
- Filter material
- Application in electrical industry
