High purity Tzm Alloy Plates for Vacuum Furnace
Tzm Alloy Plates has the characteristics of high melting point, high strength, good thermal conductivity, high coefficient of linear expansion, high elastic modulus, low vapor pressure, strong corrosion resistance and good high temperature mechanical properties, so it can be widely used in many fields.
Tzm Alloy Plates(molybdenum zirconium titanium alloy) also has good welding performance and can be well welded with H11 steel and other materials. At the same time, TZM alloys are also resistant to corrosion by molten metals such as zinc. It can be cold worked by conventional methods. Carbide or high-speed steel tools can be used for machining in the presence of cooling oil.
