During operation, the material to be treated is loaded into the furnace chamber, and the vacuum is established. The heating elements are activated, gradually raising the temperature to the desired level for the specific heat treatment process. Once the desired temperature is reached, the quenching process begins.
The material is immersed in the oil bath, and the vacuum conditions prevent the oil from boiling. The vacuum also helps in removing any air pockets trapped within the material, ensuring efficient and uniform cooling.

Application
Bright quenching, tempering, oil quenching or pressurized (high pressure) gas quenching of alloy steel, high speed steel, tool and die steel, bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel and other materials.
Vacuum heat treatment of magnetic materials and hard gold, high temperature vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering.
Features
Convection heating achieves rapid and uniform heating of the low-temperature section. The heating chamber structure in the furnace provides more uniform heating, low power loss and energy saving.
Using a new type of carbon felt composite material, it is resistant to high temperature and high pressure airflow erosion, and the heat shield has a longer service life and is easier to maintain.
High-speed and high-pressure fans, high-efficiency copper-copper heat exchangers. Achieve rapid cooling and alternate cooling methods to achieve uniform cooling and ensure minimal deformation of the workpiece.
The cooling pressure and fan speed are adjustable to achieve graded quenching. The vertical furnace adopts screw drive and has flexible movement: it is safe and reliable. Graphite and all-metal heating chambers can be used.
Optional fully intelligent industrial computer control and a manual operating system are available, which are easy to learn, understand and operate.
