Principle

This machine makes damp granules into beautiful pellet by setting rotating centrifugal disk, blower, and pneumatic nozzle. Feed damp granule into rotating centrifugal disk, start fan then start rotating centrifugal disk. It can make the damp granule in float and circle by the air from gap, rotating centrifugal strength and itself gravity, appear circle rope-turning movement and become high-degree ball shape pellet.

The electronic systems and their safety should comply with the requirements set forth in 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP Annex 11;

The data should be collected at appropriate time intervals and stored in the system in a fixed format that can be printed out/read;

With this method, particles having different shapes and sizes are moved around in the fluidized bed and simultaneously sprayed with a liquid. The aqueous or organic solution evaporates and the solids it contains form the coating layer. A typical particle size is 100 micrometers up to 3 millimeters.

The casing can be used as a protective layer to increase shelf life or storage stability as well as to make the particles functional – for instance, to mask odors or tastes or to release specific active substances.
