Principle

The machine consists of the pillar, bottom plate, turning fork, turning structure, hydraulic system and control system. When it works,

it pushes the hopper filled with material into a rotation fork, and tightly locked by nuts, then starts the program, finishes mixing work automatically, and drops the hopper to the ground, next, loosens nuts, and pushes the hopper out.

Features

The whole machine can be moved, making it convenient and flexible to use. The material hopper (bin) is installed in cantilever way, one machine can be figured with different bin to meet the demands

of different mixing batch with muti-specifcations of raw material. Besides, it is convenient to replace and clean. Mixing hopper and rotary axis form a certain angle, which make the machine achieves very high mixing effect. The machine adopts PLC automatic control technology, so it can complete the mixing work according to the parameters set.

Application

The machine can be applied to the mixing for dry particles with different components, powder and granule, powder and powder in the laboratory, which is an ideal equipment for groping optimum parameters of material mixing. And it’s widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
