This solid carbide burr is double cut with a chisel tooth cutting pattern that produces small chips instead of long, sharp slivers which help to finish the metal surfaces faster, eliminates loading and minimizes chatter to provide a smooth cutting experience.

Operation
Moving the burr over the surface gradually will help remove only the material wanted and will help prevent the burr from making divots and unsightly marks.

To extend the life of the burr, only apply enough pressure to let the burr do the work. This eliminates unnecessary wear to the burr.
