500rpm Twin Screw Polymer Devolatilization Extruder for Rubber Processing
The YSE series counter-rotating twin screw extruders are professionally developed for polymer devolatilization and reactive extrusion processes. This equipment is widely applied in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, supporting multiple complex production processes including polymer devolatilization, latex coagulation, material dewatering, homogeneous mixing and reactive extrusion. It is especially suitable for high-viscosity material reactive extrusion and high-efficiency devolatilization production.

Equipped with high-torque transmission structure, the extruder stably handles various high-viscosity polymer materials. It maintains stable extrusion status under high-load operation and fully meets high-yield and high-efficiency production requirements.
The matched high-precision gearbox adopts optimized transmission structure and high-quality accessories, with a designed service life of more than 72,000 working hours (equivalent to 10 years of stable operation), reducing equipment maintenance and replacement costs.
Adopting 80:1 ultra-long L/D ratio design, it reserves sufficient installation space for multiple vents and feeding hoppers. It is highly suitable for high-standard polymer devolatilization processes and supports diverse reactive extrusion to realize uniform mixing and full reaction of different materials.
Two screw structure modes are optional: intermeshing and non-intermeshing. Customized design can be carried out according to customer’s material characteristics and production processes to match different devolatilization and reactive extrusion production demands.
