The integrated liner is made of Ralloy WR13 high chromium powder metallurgy tool steel, featuring evenly distributed hard carbides. Combined with professional nitriding treatment, the barrel achieves outstanding wear resistance and stable anti corrosion performance when processing filled corrosive plastic raw materials.
All barrels are finished by precision CNC machining with tight tolerance control to match various imported and domestic twin screw extruder models for seamless assembly.
