A . gearbox : our transmission gearbox is the most advance ones : bilatral symmetry gear drive system ; designed service life more than 72000hrs , average torque coefficient=7.9 , brand of bearing are Sweden SKF and Germany INA ;
B . Barrels : integrated wear-resistant alloy steel liner ; Channel of barrels is annular jet type , not easy to belocked ;
C . Scew shaft : material of screw element is W6Cr5Mo4V2 ; Material of shaft is 40CrNiMo .
D. Machine frame : high rigidity whole steel plate welding ；
E. Electrical system : PLC and instrument control for your choice ; control cabinet and power cabinet are seperate , strong and weak electricity are isolated installed .
