Product Description
The inlet valve is an important engine component that allows the engine to suck air into the engine and mix it with fuel for combustion. The function of the valve is to specifically input air into the engine and discharge the exhaust gas after combustion.
Composition: The valve is composed of a valve head and a stem. The shapes of the valve head include flat top, spherical top and trumpet top. The flat top valve head has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, has a small heat absorption area, is small in mass, and can be used for both intake and exhaust valves. The valve stem is cylindrical and continuously reciprocates in the valve guide. Its surface must be heat treated and polished. The shape of the end of the valve stem depends on the fixing form of the valve spring. The commonly used structure is that two half lock plates are used to fix the spring seat. The end of the valve stem has a ring groove to install the lock plate. Some are fixed with a lock pin, and there is a hole at the end for installing the lock.
