Communication Protocol
- RS422 serial port 1 outputs three channels of angle increment information, three channels of speed increment information, IO count information, and temperature information at 200Hz data frequency
- Raw observation values without interpolation are compensated for errors
- RS422 serial port 2 outputs time synchronization signal at sampling time 1 with valid rising edge
- Pulse width: 10 ± 2 μs, sampling signal interval: 5ms ± 20 μs
- Rising edge and falling edge level establishment time not exceeding 100ns
- Serial port 1 data transmission occurs 50 μs after rising edge emission
