Communication Protocol
  • RS422 serial port 1 outputs three channels of angle increment information, three channels of speed increment information, IO count information, and temperature information at 200Hz data frequency (raw observation values without interpolation are compensated for errors)
  • RS422 serial port 2 outputs time synchronization signal at sampling time 1 (valid rising edge representing inertial sensor sampling time)
  • RS422 differential signal with pulse width of 10 ± 2μs
  • Sampling signal interval of 5ms ± 20μs
  • Rising edge and falling edge level establishment time not exceeding 100ns
  • Serial port 1 data transmission occurs 50μs after rising edge emission
