CCS PTK-20 Underwater Pipeline Detecting Inertial Navigation System
Introduction
Regular pipeline inspection is essential for maintenance, requiring effective tools to detect damage such as deformation, corrosion, or leaks. Our PTK-20 Inertial Measuring System provides precise location determination for inspection tools, significantly reducing repair scope and costs through its high accuracy.
Based on Inertial Navigation Technology and FOG technology, the PTK-20 integrates three fiber optic gyroscopes, three flexible accelerometers, and electronic signal processing devices. The gyroscopes determine attitude and heading, while accelerometers measure translational motion.
The system features fiber optical gyroscopes with precision ranging from 0.003 to 0.5 degrees per hour. Different precision optical gyroscopes are available based on application requirements, with customizable accuracy and size options.
