Introduction
This series is bolt adjustable type which is broadly used in offshore wind tower, onshore wind tower, chimney, boiler, offshore platform, petrochemical, piping line, oil storage tank, etc. It also can take self-alignment/self-centering rack. Our welding roller beds is designed for maximum work-piece loads from 2T to 250T are used for the rotation and positioning of heavy, rotationally symmetrical workpieces like tanks, pipes or boilers for further machining or welding.
- Roller distance is bolt adjustable and roller surrounding angle among 45°～110°;
- Roller material is upon client selection or welding features: Metallic Roller + Rubber Roller (combination rollers); Rubber Roller; PU Roller; Metallic Rolle
