Table Top 100KG Conventional Hydraulic Welding Positioner 400W For Robot

1. Introduction

This 100KG conventional rotary welding positioners is designed for robot system. In order to ensure the rotation and tilting accuracy, it uses 400W SIEMENS servo motor. 

The transmission processes: Servo motor---Gearbox---Output Gears---Helical Tilting Gear---Worktable Rotation.

There are 6pieces of T-slot on worktable for quick positioning of material.

Both wall plate is one time CNC cut to shape.

The mainframe is treated with sand blasting and heat treatment after welding.
