2. Introduction
According to box beam welding technologies, electro-slag welding is required. The baffle plate has holes for electro-slag welding. This baffle assembling machine is auxiliary equipment and improves the baffle assembling efficiency greatly.
The baffle assembly machine adopts gas cylinder to clamp and positioning, and then tack welding or full welding. It can ensure the accurate positioning of box-beam baffle assembly and prevent the box-beam deformation during welding.
