Armor Grip Suspension for strands

   Armor Grip Suspension for strand is intended for use on galvanized steel strand and aluminum clad steel strand installation in power transmission lines.The product is designed as a complex of components to reduce the static and dynamic stresses at the support point,the fatigue resistance of strands is greatly improved.Double support suspension products are available.During installation,care should be taken to ensure a successful installation.This product is intended for use by trained craftspeople only.

Armor Grip Suspension for conductor consists of the following parts:

1,Armor Rods .        material:Galvanized Steel for Galvanized Steel Strand,Aluminum Clad Steel for Alumoweld Strand.

2,Housing,               material:High-Strength Aluminum Alloy.

3,Insert.                   material:EPDM rubber, aluminum alloy reinforcement .

4,U clamp,               material:High-Strength Aluminum Alloy.Galvanized Steel.

5,Bolt.                      material:Galvanized Steel.

Vertical Ultimate load:not less 50kN.

Slip load:not less 10-18% UTS of the strands.
