Working Principle

Dewatering screw press machine is transported to the dewatering department after being thickened in the thickening department. In the advancing process, more extrusion pressure has been produced because of the gradually decreased filter space and screw distance as well as the back platen clogging. With the strew extrusion principle, it reaches the goal of the sludge dewatering by the pressure. The filtrate is discharged through the gap between the fixed annular plates and the movable annular plates. The sludge volume decreases continuously and the purpose of fully dewatering is achieved.
