Working Principle
The fermentation reactor features a cylindrical container with screw mixing blades and transmission components. The optimized cylinder structure minimizes material movement resistance, while the positive and negative rotating screws on the same horizontal axis create an efficient low-power mixing environment. Ribbon-shaped blades facilitate material circulation - outer spirals collect material from sides to center, while inner layers transport material from center to sides, creating vortex currents that accelerate mixing and ensure complete fermentation.
