Production Process Overview
Powder organic fertilizer production involves five main equipment components: organic compost dumper, forklift, ration feeder, crusher, and screening machine (drum screen or vibration screen). Four belt conveyors connect the equipment to form a complete production line:
- One conveyor connects the crusher to screened bulk materials
- Upper conveyor connects with fermentation materials
- Lower conveyor transports finished screened products to packaging area
