The system features water mist spray technology for optimal granulation and is designed for high-volume production environments.
Working Principle
The machine operates with a water spray device installed above the rotating disc, creating fine mist for optimal moisture distribution. Materials enter the rotating disc via conveyor belt and are carried upward during rotation, then fall to the lowest point while water mist is added. This continuous rotation process gradually forms uniform pellets through natural agglomeration.
