This 200 cubic meter organic fertilizer dryer efficiently processes chicken manure and other organic materials through advanced rotary drying technology. The system ensures uniform material dispersion and optimal heat transfer for maximum drying efficiency.
Chicken manure enters the dryer and is uniformly dispersed throughout the chamber. Lifting plates within the rotating drum continuously flip the material, ensuring complete contact with hot air for accelerated drying through efficient heat and mass transfer. The dried material is then conveyed to finished product storage, with integrated dust removal and deodorization systems for environmental compliance.
