Fertilizer compost rotary drum dryer machine in operation

Working Principle

Wet material enters from one end of the dryer and is evenly distributed throughout the chamber via the uniform plate reader system in the inner cylinder. The material makes full contact with parallel-flow hot air, accelerating the drying process through efficient heat and mass transfer. As the material moves through the rotating drum under the action of inclined plates and hot air flow, it becomes progressively drier and exits from the opposite end.
