PRODUCTION PROCESS

Ingredients process
Manually pour 4 or more than 4 kinds of raw materials into the designated low-level raw material bin ------ lifted to the high-level batching storage bin by the automatic bucket feeder -----4 kinds of materials are added in sequence according to the equipped amount Proportioning hopper --- After the batching is completed, the discharge door of the proportioning hopper opens and unloads automatically --------The materials in the proportioning hopper enter the mixer and are evenly mixed ----- The mixed materials are mixed The pneumatic discharge door enters the temporary storage silo of mixed materials --- the mixed materials are lifted by the vacuum feeding machine to the material silo to be packaged. If the material bin to be packaged is in a low material level state, the next batching cycle is completed.

Packaging process
Wait for the packaged materials to enter the automatic quantitative packaging scale to complete the set weight weighing (weighing and manual bagging) ---------manually issue the cutting instruction to complete the material filling -----After filling, the material passes through the belt conveyor Transfer to the automatic sewing machine station ------- manual assistance to guide automatic sewing ------ start the next packaging cycle.
