Working Principle
The motor drives through belt and pulley transmission to the reducer, which transfers power to the driving shaft. Synchronized with the driven shaft via split gear, the rollers work in opposite directions. Material enters through the hopper, forms between the pair of rollers, demoulds and pellets, then transfers through chains to the crushing sieve studio where finished particles are separated and returned material mixes with new feed for continuous granulation.
