Operational Principle
The motor drives the system through belt and pulley transmission to the reducer, which powers the driving shaft. Synchronized operation with the driven shaft via split gear enables counter-rotation. Material enters through the hopper, undergoes forming between the rollers, demoulds and pellets, then transfers via chain system to the crushing sieve studio where finished particles are separated from return material for continuous production.
Customization Options
Multiple ball socket shapes available including pillow, semi-circular pellet, rod, tablet, walnut, oblate spherical, and square bar configurations to meet specific user requirements.
