1. Wide Application
This equipment is mainly used for pulverizing granular urea, and can also be used for pulverizing other single fertilizers. It is widely used in the production of high nitrogen in compound fertilizer plants, the production of flushing fertilizers, and the production of water-soluble fertilizers; it is also suitable for feed production.
2. Structure
The main components of the machine: main shaft, roller, concave plate, shell, frame support device, adjustment mechanism, feeding hopper, transmission part and so on.
3. Working principle
The machine mainly uses the grinding and shearing of the gap between the high-speed drum and the concave plate. The size of the gap determines the degree of crushing of the material. The speed and diameter of the roller can be adjusted. After the urea enters the body, it hits the wall and the baffle and is broken. Then it is ground into powder through the rack between the roller and the concave plate. The gap of the concave plate is adjusted by the adjusting mechanism in the range of 3-12 mm, and the feed inlet adjusting mechanism can control the production volume.
