This industrial rotary dryer is engineered for efficient drying of organic fertilizers, slag, clay, limestone, phosphogypsum, steel mill slag, and materials from power plants and sewage treatment facilities. The system delivers large drying capacity with stable operation and optimized energy consumption.

Working Principle
Hot air from the hot blast stove is introduced through the jet draft fan to exchange heat with wet materials. As materials move through the rotating cylinder, specially designed lifting plates spread them evenly for maximum contact with high-temperature air, achieving optimal drying results.
Structural Design
The rotary cylinder features flanged or direct welding construction, supported by two-speed supporting wheel devices. The inclined cylinder design allows materials to turn and move forward while contacting hot flue gas. Fish scale sealing sheets prevent material overflow between feeding and discharging devices.
