The roller device is installed at an angle on the rack, with the motor connected through a coupling to drive the drum rotation around its axis. The central separation drum rotates via a gearbox-type deceleration system, ensuring optimal screening performance.
- Material enters the cylinder net from the upper end of the separation cylinder
- Fine material separates through screen intervals composed of annular flat steel
- Coarse material discharges from the lower end into the pulverizer
- Self-cleaning mechanism continuously "combs" the screen body to prevent clogging
