Operating Principle
The system operates on fluidization principles where powder particles are suspended and mixed with heated air. Binding solutions are atomized and sprayed into the fluidized bed, creating granules that undergo continuous drying. Hot air evaporates moisture while solidifying the binding agents, resulting in ideal, uniform porous granules.
