Working Principle
The fluid bed granulation process begins with powder particles in a fluidized state within the container. Preheated air mixes with the material while adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed into the chamber. This causes particles to agglomerate into granules containing adhesive. Continuous drying through hot air evaporates moisture and solidifies the adhesive, resulting in ideal, uniform porous granules.
