Fluid Bed Granulating Drier - Industrial Processing Equipment
Operating Principle
This fluid bed granulation system transforms powder materials into uniform, porous granules through a continuous drying process. Powder particles are fluidized in the container and preheated while mixing with heated air. Adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed into the container, causing particle agglomeration. Continuous drying through hot air evaporates moisture and solidifies the adhesive, resulting in ideal, uniform porous granules.
